There should be two wires going to the knock sensor. check your harness at the injector clips for continuity. Also, did you lubricate the o-rings before install? Dielectric grease works great there. If you don't, they will most likely snag during install, and leak. Although your issue sounds like not firing rather than leaking. Take a screw driver, put the handle up to your temple and place the end on the injector caps while running. You should definitely hear the injectors clicking over. If one isn't, I'd say you have yourself a wiring issue.
