ok so im still having problems with my injectors not firing.

they have fuel going to them.they have signalthey clickbut wont spray fuel.every now and then when im swaping them out one or 2 might spray but then they will stop. what would cause this? fuel lines r hooked up correctly

also from my understanding if its clicking then it should be spraying correct?

could it be my regulator? how could i check the regulator

Did you try reversing the fuel lines?

no there r correct.

could it be that most of the vacume lines r just capped off?. or that the fpr is bad?

the line coming from the fuel filter is going into the fuel rail then the fpr then going back to the fuel tank. and if i take the line off of the fuel filter it shoots gas up in the air.

Which RB20 do you have? Mine had a regulator and a damper on it but they looked the same and easy to mix up.

maybe it is the CAS since it's only firing a few at a time. Have you tried another relay maybe?

Have they ever worked for you? Is this a new swap? Has the engine ever started? If it has started what was the last change you have made to the car? If this is the first time you're firing it up just remember the engine could have sat in a japanese junk yard for 10 years (or longer!!). Swap them out with know good injectors. then you can determine if it's the injectors or another problem. if the car runs on know good injectors send the bad ones out to be cleaned (10-20 bucks each) or clean them yourself.

good luck and keep us posted

its a new swap to me i bought it from a guy a few hours away ive never seen it run. but everything has been bad on it like bent valves and all kinds of stuff.

i used to have a sohc ka, i had some extra injectors from that engine i tryed them and 2 of them would spray. so i ordered another 4 injectors. put them in and then none of the injectors sprayed. i looked threw my box of parts and found another fpr and put it on and then 2 spray sometimes but it looks like its trickling out of the injector cuz when i look in the cylinder the puddle of fuel is right next to the injector.

the cas is good i can take it off and spin it by hand and all the injectors will click and all the coilpacks spark.

the relay is good i can hear the fuel pump kick on when i turn the key, and if i pull the hose off of the fuel filter and turn the key over fuel shoots up out of it
