Do 1994 Qs use the Phase 2 injectors? That is what I had thought, but then I went to the Deatschwerks site and it says the 94 use Phase 1 there. Please help me ASAP as I am about to make my purchase of the injectors!

90-93 use one type and 94-96 use a revised type.

In ATL we are seeing a ~ equal number of injector failures as our customers are NOW ~ = divided by both groups............since the 90-93 are being junked at a higher rate now.

I read somewhere the 90-94 300zxturbo had phase 1 injectors and the 95-96 300zxturbo used phase 2 injectors {q45 used the same injectors as the 300zxturbo} so I wonder if 95-96Q had a updated injector as well.

Ive got an early 94 and it has the phase 2 injectors. Deatschwerks site is wrong. I think they assumed what applied to the Z32 applied to the Q.

I thought Deatschwerks refers to the single pintle injectors as Phase 1 and the rotary disc injectors as Phase 2.

Deatschwerks emaile returned.

Here's the contact page.

Looks to me that Phase 1 is definitely the early single pintle injector.

The Phase 2 is misidentified as being for 1995 and later. The good news is that Phase 2 seem less expensive and are not rebuilt OEM, like the Phase 1.

By "round connectors", do you mean the connectors with the radiused corners?

Thanks for all the help. I did get in touch with them today, they were closed for Presidents Day yesterday. I will look to see which connector style I have today.

Are the Deatch phase 2 injectors genuine nissan parts, or aftermarket injectors?

At that price, I would bet aftermarket.

They must be previously owned at that price-less than 1/2 of what even Joe sells them for.
