injector not spraying 4th cylinder and motor keeps stalling out

ok so i have been searching and searching for this for like 2 weeks and nothing has been helpfulso anyway heres what i got. I have a 93 240sx ka24de 5 speedjust bought the car drove it for 2 hours getting it back home get home and everytime i put my foot on the clutch rpms drop and the car stalls out, not to mention a huge lack in power since running on 3 cylinders since for whatever reason my injector isnt spraying so saturday i replaced the 4th injector, which i found out was that one by running the car and unplugging each injector til i found the one that didnt effect the idle when removed, and it ran fine for a while got to my friends house great, let it sit for a couple hours and then on the drive home huge lack in power, same misfire and stalling again at decelerationso far i've change spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, injectors, fuel rail, new fuel lines and still nothing, the car has msd on it and timing is slightly off but i still cant figure out why the 4th injector isnt spraying, i tested all injectors with an ohm meter and got between 12-14 ohms on all 4 injectors, switched ecu's with a car that i know is good and came out of a running car, cleaned out intake manifold using seafoam checked for spark in all four wires and coil and everything tests good but im still getting a misfire in the 4th cylinderdoes anyone have any clue to why im still getting a misfire in 4th and how i can possibly fix it and why is it the car stalls out at deceleration, is it caused by the misfire or another problem on its own??thanks for any help at all

ok so update, even tho i got no repliesi have no fuel goin to any of my injectors what could it bei tested all injectors and they all have over 11 ohms resistancetested plugs with noid and all tested goodso i decided to pull my fuel rail and see exactly what was goin on and found that no gas was spraying from any injector so i put my hand over each one and could feel air pushing out, i can hear the fuel pump priming so i assume its working my only other guess would be fuel pressure regulator?????any suggestions would really helpalso i have a walboro fuel pump sr fuel filter and stock ka regulator could that be the problem??also would it matter if i still have the metal tube that splits the rubber fuel lines from the rail to the lines and fuel filter i'll take a pic if u dont know what i meancuz before the guy that had the car before me just had straight rubber lines from the fuel rail to the filter and other fuel line???thanx for any help
