Well I just finished a swap in an 91 s13 and it has not been starting for a few days and I have been tgrying to figure out why it is not starting. Ive cheked my TPS it reads .43v at closed and 4.27 at WOT. Cheked my O2 sensor that works replaced the FPR with the KA one so that works. Got a new coil pack for cylinder #2 so that works. Ive rechecked the wiring and thats all good mechanical timing is good. Then I pulled of my fiel rail with is still hooked up and primed the pump no fuel leaks since the motor floods out the plugs in seconds, but then I crancked it with a buddy while watching the injectors and they are all firing at the same time. I was told it was the crank possitin sensor but i dont know how to chek it. I also get spark to all plugs so if you guys could help me out with this it would be great because I am out of ideas. Im located in the Northwest suburbs of Ilinoi so if anyone is in the area thats willing to help youre more than welcome.

BumpIm also showing code 55 on my ECU which I dont think is a big deal. I know some engines are suposed to fire all injectors at once but I dont think the SR is since it has 4 diferent pin readout on the ecu for injectors 1-4. Any help would be apreciated.

Alrite well I gues it was a dumb question about the injectors since I found out the cycle for them and it is right. Instead of writing it out il just post a snapshot of the injector firing cycle below. The 1st image is when the motor is cold and or firing up. The second is under operating tempature. If I am wrong please correct me I dont want to be posting wrongful information.

Wel I have stil not gotten any further on my car.My friend did did a compression test at his work where my car ha moved to no and it goes 1-148psi, 2-136, 3-140, 4-132. So that would mean I have sompression and they did a leakdowntest i forgot what it was exactly but it was under 10% between cylinders. The only thing is that the wire came of the oil sensor plug so im not getting any signal from the sensor, I really dont think it matters right now but just giving as much information as I can think of and maybe get some help from somebody. Ive been working on this car al winter and its finaly done besides that the motor has ben in for about a months and still nothing so any help would be apreciated any advice.

Not your crank position sensor, but your CAM position sensor. Verify that you have spark an all cylinders and check your coilpack ground. Also, make sure you're cylinders aren't flooded. I checked by letting it prime, and it wouldn't leak, but it still ended up leaking when the fuel rail was in. Try re timing it again to TDC. I know you're just gonna say "I already got it to TDC 100%!" or something like that, but it happens to ALOT of people. I redid my timing at least 6 times. Sometimes you just fall 180 degree's off. So try doing all that, and see what happens.
