I had an injector leak on the #1 cylinder (nearest to front of car). The injector was leaking where the injector meets the fuel rail. So I pulled it all part and put new seals on each injector. This solved the leak on the #1 cylindert, but I now have a leak on the #4 cylinder injector (rearmost). This leak is also where the injector meets the fuel rail. What's the deal, I just put a new seal on that damn injector?

hmm, when my friend and I put new injectors on his 3rd gen eclipse we had to tighten, then run, then tighten again, and run. You have gotton the bolt pressure on the front of the fuel rail slighly tighter then back, allowing the back injector to leak. Try tightening down the back bolt and running again and see where it leaks, and try and make sure you get equal pressure over the entire rail

Did you use new O rings for the injectors?

I did use new O-rings on all of the injectors, and I have tightened the fuel rail bolts and it is still leaking. It looks like it's leaking where the injector goes into the fuel rail, but maybe it could be leaking from the injector body. Where the steel housing of the injector meets the red plastic top of the injector. But I doubt that leak would just show up immediately, considering the injector's body was not leaking before. What's goin on?

I've also had the same problem as you and changed all the seals for my injectors. It was still leaking no matter how many times I changed the seals so I took my injectors off and took it to a local auto parts store to see if they would perform a pressure test. I then found out that the injectors itself was leaking. I would recommend that you go and get your injectors tested. I had to change all four since all of them had a leak, all in different places.

thanx for the info, but I can't imagine that my local Kragen will test a fuel injector me. Is that something that parts stores often do? What type of store will do this for me?

I got mine's tested at a local NAPA auto parts store. You might have to call around to see if they can do that kind of stuff. Worst case you may have to go Nissan if they would test it out for you. I haven't done that so I wouldn't know how much they would charge you for that.
