I have searched this site and others but to no avail. I need to know what is required to R & R the injectors on a CA. With all my prior mechanic experience i have never done an injector change out. Do i need special tools for the injectors? Do i have to remove the intake mani?or just all the other crap on top of the mani?

The job looks easy i just wanna know what i am getting into before i start taking stuff off.

you don't need to remove intake manifold

just look at where they are, unplug the plug, remove the retainer and you can pull it out

if you are weak like me you might want to wrap a shop tower around a flat head and pry it out carefully

yeah just loosen the fuel rail. THere's 1 nut thats on the back and there was one more that took me awhile to figure out, which is on the intake manifold. Where the 2 peices of the intake manifold bolt on.

Its a pain in the As*, i just did mine three fn times today...

un do the fuel lines, unclip the injectors, take off the bolt by the FPR, then undo the bolts on the intake manifold, pull apart wiggle out , install new injectors using oil on the seals, then install the same way, while you have it off, replace the hoses with new fuel injector hose from a parts store 5/16th line its about $6.50 a foot. once its all installed have someone prime the pump a few times while checking for leaks, once no leaks are seen have friend start car wile looking for leaks.
