Injector Firing order. CAS rotation?

I pulled my plenum this weeks to change the orings and insulators on my injectors. Been having horrible gas mileage and hesitation. Put everything back together and im pretty much back to where i started.

One of the things that caught my attention was while having the plenum off i reconnected the injectors and tested them while rotating the CAS. Ive seen some videos on youtube and also read that there is an order that the injectors fire but it doesnt seem to be the case with me.

When i rotated my CAS nothing would happen till the CAS rotated and much as it could and they would all fire at once. Is this normal or do they have to fire while the rotation is occurring. Does anyone know what might me causing this to occur? Thanks.
