Injector Compatability

Ok, so I tried searching for info on injectors for the S14 KA but still came up mostly empty handed. I was going to try to find some injectors tomorrow, but I want to know what injectors we can use that would have a higher flow rate. I found SR20DET and RB25DET is compatable@370cc, but Im sure I wont find many of those in the junk yard. And Z32 95+ @370cc will work from what I have read. But what about Q45 injectors, or J30 injectors? Are those the only ones with out going aftermarket?
