Injector comparison

I am looking for some feedback on aftermarket injectors, around the 550cc range.My options are Sard(denso) or Nismo (tomei), right? The sards have a longer body and so they use a spacer, they also have different wire plugs. The nismo ones are a DIRECT bolt in, but they are usually considerably more expensive.

Does anyone have any opinions on which they prefer in terms of reliability, performance, price, etc?

I dont mind switching wire plugs to run the Sards, but I am not going to do it if they are garbage.

but they arent made by nissan, they're made by Tomei.... have you had experience with different brands?

reguardless of who the actual manufacturer is. Its still made for that specific motor/chassis. I just know that I would like the nismo ones more due to the fitment factor. Its kinda hard to explain my opinion on the issue but right now thats the best way I can.

I agree with you. If i was going to get the sards, then i would have to make sure I got the plugs, crimp on the terminals(and I dont have the roght crimping tool) for the plugs and do a bunch of other work to get them installed.

I am just going to go with the Nismo ones, got a good price and they are a 'DIRECT' bolt in, no fuss no muss.

nismo, tomei, i believe all nissan stock injectors and oem replacements(like nismo and tomei) are made by unisia jecs. im not sure but i think thats right.
