injector color marks

I've searched the threads, but can't find a clear-cut answer: What do the color marks on fuel injectors mean? Mine have no mark. EverythingNissan has Whites, Reds and blues listed, which was confusing. Then I found that Expressautoparts also has ones with no color mark. I've got to buy 3 and don't want to make a mistake.

My guess is the colors indicate flow performance matched groups, not an actual difference in design.

Ive talked with another member about this, and when you call Joe (everything nissan) they usually give you one without color... i cant say what the difference is but I dont think it means anythign...

When I bought mine it had three different: yellow, blue and plain. "Import Experts" HA ! There are still different colors now. Sure runs good though. I know there's an explaination here somewhere, maybe a year ago? Ask Joe -they do have the best price.
