Injector cleaner bottle leaked into my carpet

I had some Duralube injector cleaner sitting in the floorboard behind the driver’s seat and it leaked into my carpet!! Now my carpet and the padding underneath are ruined. Not only that but when I drive it the smell makes me nauseous and gives me a serious headache. As an attempt to get rid of the smell I cut the carpet out and scraped the padding from the floor board (it was basically mush). This stuff is nasty and as hard to get off as tar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this stuff off of my floor board or, more importantly, how to get that rank smell out? Also, how much does replacing the carpet cost? It was in pretty bad shape so it didn’t bother me too much to cut it, but I’m worried more about the padding (looks like thick cardboard). Does the padding come with carpet kits?

I had brake fluid bottle bust in my car, it does the same thing, I have shampoed, steam cleaned, everything my carpet and you can still see it busted.

The really funny thing is that the Duralube wasn't even for me. I have looked on Google all of the kits I have found are for S13s. Mine is an S14.
