90 n/a
New efi harness (wiring spec, thanks yuri)
Used, known working, ecu
New reman injectors
New o-rings
New rails

No codes

Did balance test and listened through screwdriver
Plug is slightly wet

Other than a pinched o-ring, what else should I be checking?
I'm so close to getting her running right guys. Thanks to everyone that helped. Especially czp and the mods here.

Not that it will help much with your new reman injectors but I had the same problem on my 90, exact same injector too. I searched around and found this little backyard trick of tapping the top of the injector lightly with a hammer. Sounds crazy but mine was jammed up, tapped it several times while the motor was misfiring and it cleared. I had to do it once more about 2 weeks later but hasnt come back in over a month. I used a small hammer and a socket extension to tap on the top of the injector cover. I guess the vibration from the hammering losens up whatevers in there. Try it if you want...

Man, I thought about doing that but I figured I'd get torn apart for such a crazy idea. If the injector is bad, I don't see the problem with giving it a shot. Thanks.

Unfortunately I got no response from the injector. Guess I'll pull the plenum and replace the injector. Thanks for the idea nonetheless.

Before you take the injector out of the fuel rail, pull the rail and check the seals underneath. Mine was bad and caused a misfire. You can read my adventures here.

Did you hear the injector clicking? I'm not hearing the click. Im wondering if a pinched o ring would cause the injector to not click since it wouldn't be getting the right pressure.

I thought I heard the injector clicking, but after checking for spark and knowing that cylinder was dead, I had convinced myself that it wasn't actually clicking and I just didn't know what to listen for.

After reassembling my plenum and finding my cylinder still misfiring after replacing all 6 injectors, I was determined to prove they were clicking by using the techniques found in this thread... that's when I found a dropped fuel rail seal on the floor.... sigh.
