injector 1 not working

hey guys i kina have a problem my cylinder 1 is not working my coils are good and my spark plug is stupid clean but when i unplug the injector hrness there is not difference in sound and when i plug in an old injector to the harness nothing happens but when i plug it into cylinder 234 harness you can feel the pulse widths that first plug is giving me nothing and i took a test light to all them from a well known ground and got a + from all of them so im thinking its the ecu since that controls the pulse width by ground. please help me out guys plus ecu reads 55.
