do you have to remove plenum to do injecters or knock sensers

Knock Sensors, yes!

Injectors, yes, except for 1,2 and 7.

And replace the cooling hoses underneath while you're at it. There's lots of very detailed threads about how to take it apart and what to do once you're there, including the one 007 mentioned above.

I think on #7 you have to lift the plenum, But I know #8 will come out with out touching the plenum.
