Ever since I got the car, with stock sr20det components, it has had an issue where when the car is cold it would buck and surge before warming up well in low gears. It also would bog down intermittently after being driven a while. Sometimes when the driving regularly, the car will stumble and feel like something is cutting out for just a second at a time.

Since the problem has been happening I have added the e-manage, replaced the stock maf with the z32 one, replace the injectors with 600cc ones, replaced the stock fpr with an adjustable one, and added a digital fuel pressure gauge. The problem still persists (except for the bogging down part). I have attached a .jpg of the e-mange chart that shows the injectors conking out. Don’t know what else the problem could be.

It looks like something is tripping a fuel cut. I don't know anything about e-manage, but I'd explore fuel cut conditions. It's not the injectors themselves; I don't think the e-manage has any way of knowing if an injector is bad. This is true for most things. What the screen shows you is only what the computer thinks is going on, or what things *should* be, not necessarily what's actually happening.

Having a little trouble with the chart--the reddish-brown line in the middle, is that the RPMs or is that the Inj. Duty Cycle? 6 parameters, but only 5 lines.

Thank you for the reply. The red line is rpm's and the orange line doesn't show up because it is under the blue since both values are exactly the same.

Ah, I thought it would be a summation of all duty cycles (4x the blue value).
