hey guys, i just watched the Initial D movie with the real people in it and it was pretty cool besides the fact that there were only some parts that were similar to the original initial D. But its funny how the guy really looks like Iggy. hahah well i dont want to spoil it for u guys that havent watched it.

O yea, and i read an article that was called "JDM goes Hollywood" in the new mautofied mag and i started reading. They said that there is only going to be JDM cars and drifting in the fast and the furious 3 movie. so there goes JDM and drifting even though drifting is already big. After people watch the movie they will prob try to drift in civics. But the cool thing is that they are paying the Drift King to help them with the drifting in the movie that that should be pretty cool. then it also said there is gonig to be a 67 mustang in it with a RB swap. i was like wtf. i wonder what people that have muscle cars are going to think. well i decided to post this cause i was bored. haha

They have all the anime you can stomach, the vids are top quality (sound, picture, subs) and you generally get good d/l speeds, too.

i agree, the movie is only good for kids who don't know anything about the original initial d.they ruined Bunta. he doesn't drink that much, he is not a trash. the house is much cleaner, he never showed up at akagi mt. with other young kids.i like anima bunta better.cars were nice, super clean, good driving scenes.. but they didn't do good job in characters. itchuki too.

i hate the movie. I cant believe i sat through all of it either. Halfway through I wanted to fall asleep. It made it worse that I could understand it.

They butchered all the characters and the music was just horrid -_- the best part was probaby the end..and that was it.

i saw the movie when it first came out in Hong Kong in the movie theater. although there are some differences between the book and the movie, i thought it was pretty good. Bunta was great IMHO, very funny. Anyway, thats my opinion.

Can't be serious...I thought this was a terrible movie besides the actual drifting and racing. All of the characters weren't the same and the story was lame. All most gave up on Initial D after watching that garbage.

I have the move and I saw it. Pretty accurate as far as the set and the cars go. In the movie, Bunta is a straight out ALCOHOLIC, which is not the case in the cartoon. The drifting was pretty cool as well. In the end though, it had too much Chinese "flavor," with the language selection limited to Cantonese and Mandarin (WTF???). I like the anime version with original Japanese flavor
