I was going to post this before but just never did.i'll have the pictures sorted out better within a week (depending on how busy I am with work and school).

July 4-7 was Anime Expo in Long Beach California which I obviously attendedgot lots of pics. but I thought this was really cool, somebody had made their AE86 be a replica of the one on Initial D.. not a RHD, but still cool

http://www.atlantis.edu/~jubei/ax2002/ is a link to the rest of the unsorted/croped/rotated pics

*drool* at ae86, really cool

i always wondered about those 80's gen Corollas... was there actually a rwd hatch made in the US? I saw a lot of pics on a 4agze club website, so i'm not sure if they're imported or if they were actually released in the states at one point.

Robotech/Macross is a big fav of mine

Is that a hershey bar on crack??

 that guy really looks like Auron! So cool!!! And Sanosuke! :o who's the guy with the sycthe supposed to be? He looks familiar....

cosplay is cool, when it's done right! i'd marry that guy who looks like Auron, *drool*

Only anime i watch is downloaded Initial D (ok, so i did watch sailor moon as a kid.....)

and the only manga type stuff I read is MegaTokyo (http://www.megatokyo.com for those unaware).

so i guess i'd be limited with cosplay.

although i do play DDR....there's some characters there.

sigh, i read megatokyo, i play ddr, i watch anime.....im so white :)

Heh.. I actually had the idea to do the Initial D hachi roku a while back. Always thought it would be cool to roll up to a convention in one of those. Gotta love the Domo-kun too! I did cosplay once.. my friend and I were finger people from Di Gi Charat, and my gf was Rabi En Rose. Macross is my favorite.. wish I still had the 3 laserdisc set of the movie.

Hey, what do you guys think about having an Initial D forum as part of Nico? I've been trying to get Speeddocter into Initial D. He has the entire set on DVD but has not seen it yet! Would you guys like a forum like that? Do you think it will be used much?

On a side note, I have a friend with an AE86 in mint condition, as is also a huge Initial D fan. His car is even white! Looks just like Takumi's, except it doesn't have the Tofu sticker on the side.
