infotainment reboot question

Rogue 2015 infotainment started to have issues trying to index mp3 music files from the usb memory stick. Does someone know the combination keys to enter diagnostic?

Hold the apps button and turn the dial below left about 90-180 degrees, the right then left again. D407 I believe is the latest version for 2014/15/16 radios.
