I'm new here... I've used the search tool not only here but on Google as well... This issue, if it is one, is when someone text or calls me, mainly text, their name and the little envelope stays on the Information monitor until I cut the car off and exit the car... Is this the way it's suppose to be? I hope not... I've done everything to get it off, even unpaired the phone, but it stays there... Any answer or suggestions would be helpful

Hello and welcome. The email icon will stay there until you open the message through the infotainment system. You can do this telling the system to read text when in comes in by using the steering wheel control(answer phone button) or have read it later. You don't have to listen the the system read the text, just open the text and then close/hang up. Mine does the same thing. Nothing is wrong.

Hope this helps.

AbdulAliyy, as your post had two completely different topic questions, I've edited this one to say on topic. Your second question will be merged with an existing thread that will answer your concerns.
