will someone link me to some vg to vh swaps containing good info especially on wiring

i want to replace my vg33 with a vh45

i dont really have a clue where to start thats why i am asking for help. i just bought a 95 q45 with bad fuel pump for cheap. i have no clue which furl pump i will have to use in the swap. i have no clue what i have to do with the ecu or do i even know which ecu i have to use (im thinking i have to use the vh45 ecu). im not looking to build a track car im looking to throw this in my offroad daily driven rig
