Info on registering right hand drive

hey i need info on how i can register a right hand steer vehicle. its a silvia imported from japan its sitting in cali right now but i need info on whichc state it would be easier to register it in, im originaly from cali but now but im stationed in georgia about a half an hour from florida. if any of you know of which state it would be easest and cheapest to register one plz let me know.

dude you cant register that car. only skylines can be registered and driven daily and thats only through motorex.

any car can be registered in the us as long as you pay to send it through the fedral safty inspection. but its gonna cost you. there are other ways. but those are illegal.

yeah just buy the same body style in a 240sx, register the 240, switch the vin plates and license plates onto the silvia... part out the 240, use what you need and donate the rest to me.

What year? If it is a 95 or up...good luck. You will have to convert it to OBD2. Email Motorex and ask them the hoops they have to jump through to get Skylines legal...

how many cops know how to read every cars individual vin?

every highway patrol in calif. knows how to inspect visually for emissions components. if your asked to open the hood thats why. if any thing looks suspicious you are sent to get a smog inspection.

If your in the military smogs and registration rules are slightly bent for you. you may want to investigate the rules that apply to your specific situation.
