info on a turbo kit

Hi everyone... I am new to this site and find it quite interesting... I have learned alot. I do have a ? though... Would a vq30de turbo kit fit on a vq35de engine? I know that it probably would with modifications but would their be that much mods to make? I have a 2002 nissan maxima gle if that helps
