Apparently, he's too retarded to realize that we don't allow advertising for EVERY chump with a shop that comes along.
Or, he's too cheap to step up and purchase an ad campaign.
Either way, emailing our RB forum members was WAY out of line, and his ISP has already gotten an email from me.
Feel free to reply to him and tell him to shove his transmissions up his arse.

He was spamming ads all over the place, so we locked up his account and sent him info on what is required to be an advertiser here on NICO.
His response is obviously not to step up and do things the right way..
I'd say he's about as smart as a box of rocks... but I don't feel like paying him a compliment at the moment.
