Car: 2005 nissan fuga

I have a 2005 nissan fuga 250gt
Came across a 2010 m35 with rear damage
Lookin now to change my front suspension parts on my fuga
Springs, control arms, sway bar
Is this possible to use these 2010 parts on my 2005 fuga
Or will it be too much of a headache
Inquiring minds....

I doubt it, as you have a different engine, etc. I'd imagine the suspensions are different due to the weight difference, etc. But I haven't heard anyone do this, either way, so you'll be the first.

2006-2010 should be fine. 2009 and 2010 were just a couple of visual upgrades, nothing under the body of the car.
