Maybe it's because the current Administration KNOWS that very few active duty soldiers would cast a vote for BHO.

Unfortunately it really doesn't matter. The electronic voting systems are too easily hackable, may have fraudulent programs in their initial programming and results cannot be recounted and/or verified. As it is the rest of us may not be voting for the candidates we want; we're only going through the motions.
