Infinti G37 2013 RE: WAX

Sorry to sound like an idiot here but just looking for some help as far as cleaning a Infiniti G37 Journey. I've been reading the manual and skipped to clean for a bit and it talks about how the paint is very "special"? Just curious if I could get a little more information on that. I was going to use Meguiars Wax but now a little worried about destroying the paint. Just curious if the manual is just saying to be careful not to leave any wax on the car and wipe it all off or if something might happen to the paint because theres something in the paint that will get destroyed.

I have used the Meguiar's Quik detailer...it does a great job
