a few days ago another one of our 2 q45 stopped running the way it is supposed too. when going up in RPMs the car just shakes. Do any other members have constant problems with their Q45's.

Not if they are maintained as recommended by the board. Earlier (pre-1994) can be a little more tempermental, but the key in extending as new performance is preventative maintenance.

If you post your year, driving habits, and maintenance schedule, and a more descriptive narrative of your symptoms, it might be diagnosed by the gurus in the Infiniti Mechanical Forum.

Could be spark plugs, fuel injectors, clogged fuel line... this can happen to any car. But you have to give more information to offer a starting point.
