Infinity J-30 1993 engine problem

Hi everybody

My question is how do i do to know is my exaust catalyst is full because it seem that my headers gasket as blow slowly and my car have poor acceleration last week i check where was the leak i can see black carbon right at the headers manifold connector

when i stop the motor after a ride i can ear the (tic.. tic..) sound coming from my exaust is that normal

sometime i can ear the air filter pupoff....

whent to the garage few time for that (motor shaking under 2000rpm)before they change lot of thing but they never talk about catalyst and coast alot of money and still having the problem.

in 2 weeks i will put my car in the garage for all the winter so i will have the time to check it out
