im intersted in gettin a powered subwoofer and what i found was the infinity basslink.

im interested in the basslink 2.

i have a couple questions...

whats the difference between the two products. is it only the obvious part of the 200 to 250 watts?

what would be the best place and way to mount this standing up or laying down. and in the back corner of the trunk or up in front by the rear seat?

my guess i wouldnt need anything bigger than a 8g wire kit and a 60amp fuse should be enough for the setups.

thanks

Powered subs usually work best in vehicles where you are in the same space as the sub (like a hatchback, mini van, etc.). As soon as you put the trunk and rear deck in between you and the sub, you are not going to get much bass into the car. A real amp and sub will perform much better IMO.
