Infinity Basslink...No Sound

I just got a Infinity Basslink and am trying to get it to work. It turns on, the red power light comes on but I dont get and sound. I hooked up the line level RCA cables from the basslink to my decks dedicated subwoofer output but i dont get any sound, I tried different RCA cables, and it still didnt play any sound. Any help would be nice, thanks.

Make sure the sub out on the deck is switched on. Sometimes you have to configure it before it will be available. Try the other outputs from the deck first though, just to see if the thing works.

I don't think your RCA's are bad, but for testing, just use a spare set thats not installed in the car (just let the cables sit on the seats while you test).

i tried different RCA cables, I looked in the owners manual for my deck and didnt find anything about turning the SW preout on, it worked for the previous owner so we decided it was damaged in shipping, I am being refunded.

Try checking the remote turn on wire. I had the same problem with mine when I first installed it and it turned out that the remote turn on wire (blue iirc) was not connected properly.

fedex gave me a refund and took the basslink, dont have it anymore.
