Hello,

does anyone know if infinitipartsusa.com is a reliable place to buy from? I ordered a new headlight relay for my j30 8 days ago and still haven't gotten anything. I emailed them earlier for a tracking number, and still havent heard anything from them , except the confimation email. It seems to me that website is a scam.

I am surprised you have had a bad experince with them.

they are very popular here and offer some of the best prices for oem parts. They are identical with the parts dept of Infinti of scottsdale.

They do have a history of slow responese to emails though. Most folks here simply call Joe and order via phone.

Fred...:)

PS:Another place that is popular here is Infiniti of Lisle ask for Tom., if you wanna try some one else next time around

They make the occasional mistake, but always accept full responsibility and make things right.

I'd trust Joe with a year's salary. Call him up, tell him you're a NICO member. He'll take good care of you.

Great people, throughout the whole dealership.

Surveys have shown that 93% of companies in US don't read email on an anywhere like timely basis if at all!

Tom's gone since the first of September or October (working for the local Acura dealership last I heard) but the discount's still alive... I think Leslie is the contact now?

Did you ship ground UPS? UPS and the postal system are on overload right now with the holidays and everything is taking longer. Joe and the gang are great. I have placed many orders and never had a problem.

Joe at infinitipartsusa is great. I have bought numerous parts from them without a problem. Call them as they are busy and email gets out to the side I think.

I have found from most comnpanies that email is always second to calls.

Good luck but don't worry

I agree without reservation. I would worry much more about the shipper than I would about these guys!

If you're going the e-mail route, you might try Brian Korecky at the same org: [email protected]

Delivery time varies depending on whether they have it in stock, or if they have to order it and then ship to you.

I get the impression they don't always know if they have it when you place the order.

I usually get little things from local dealer (except stuff like air filters which they markup big time).

Thanks for your replies, I guess a little more patience was needed. Got it today, after mangling with it for an hour I finally got it in! They sure couldve cut a bit more slack with them wires for the headlight relay :b Now i just gotta fix this damn squeaky belt and I'm back in biz!
