Welcome back... www.1010tires.com has a great tire size calculator. Just stay within 3% of OEM sizes.

Frist of all, I trust that I am submitting this message correctly. New to the Forum. To the moderator RED_DET, I have a 2012 G37 AWD original 17 wheels, I need to know will the Q50 OEM wheel 19 X 9 with an offset +40 fit and this is without a Drop? What size tires are suitable or your choice? Your advice would glad be appreciated. PM2k14..

The wheels will fit with or without a drop... may not look right as they will be pushed out 24mm from where they are now. Tire size should be 245/40/19 to be almost identical to the OEM 225/55/17.

So, are you saying that maybe I need to do a Drop for them to look right? I did mount a rim without a tire just to see what it would look like it might stick out about 1/2 to 1 inch, it was hard to tell. I kind of want them to at least look like there inside the fender well. Also, could you go with a 245/45/19? Thanks for your quick reply.

If you drop it, they will sit inside the fender. At stop 4x4 AWD height they are going to look weird. You can run whatever tire size you heart desires, doesn't mean it is correct. 245/40 matching the overall diameter of the stock tire almost perfectly.

current wheels: 17x7.5 +45 | tires 225/55/17
new wheels: 19x9 +40 | try different options and see. I would stay within 3% from OEM.

I don't want to do the Drop and I don't want it to look weird at stops. Looks like I am back to the drawing board. I want the same size wheels\tires on all four corners on 19's (AWD) but somewhat aggressive. Let me ask this what would you recommend? Again, Thanks for your input..

I can get you these wheels/center caps brand new if you are interested. They are an accessory wheel for the 2014+ Q60x Coupe.

19x8.5 +43. Run a 225/45/19 or 245/40/19 on all 4 corners. Those wheels will only stick out another 14mm from where you are now and won't look bad at stock ride height.

Those are the rims that I were considering first. They are brand new OEM and not refurbished??? Those other rims (Q50 2015/16) I was referring to I already have now. I would consider getting yours rims if I can get rid of the ones I have and depends on the price of your rims. I also was looking to get the Rear Deck Lid?? I understand you have the Parts Store correct?

They are brand new wheels direct from INFINITI. Yes I own tunerztore.com and have access to the OEM accessories/supplies.

$390 per wheel & centercap, plus shipping. Would need zip code for accurate quote.

Those are nice rims I really like those but a little rich for my blood right now. The photo looks to be the same colors as my car Blue Slate. I will have to wait until I get rid of the Q50 rims which are fairly new if not new. Can you get the Deck Lid? If so price? Is that tel: 877-612-4353 where you can be reached?

Hell, I forgot about these recently released wheels...but you would be in same boat as the 19's you have now if you don't drop it.

Yes, the spec's are the same so I will get the same results. The rims I have really looks nice with the color of car I have. Actually, I have all winter to decide what I am going to do as I put my car in storage during the winter months. If I did decide to Drop what would be the best brand parts to use to get a good ride quality\height that's close to stock?

Eibach Pro Kit would be the easy and simple route.

07+ G35/G37 Sedan (AWD) - Front Drop: 1.4/ Rear Drop: 1.1

To RED-DET, I was on the forum, going through treads where you give advice on the subject "Lowering Kit" post on 3/21/2011, There was a picture of an 07 Sedan, look like Blue Slate color with Eibach Pro Kit, if you can remember or look up post date, What are the Type/Make of Wheels and Tire size?? That's what I am looking for in my 2012 AWD. Hopefully, those 19x9 ET 40 on 4 corners with the Eibach drop will look like that Sedan??

I have no idea what the wheel specs are for that car. They appear to be staggered and larger than 9" wide. The owner of the car is username terrycs. Click on his name and send him a email or PM. If you drop your car, the wheels you have will look fine.

Those wheels do seems to look a little large but looks nice. Look like that's what I am going to end up doing is dropping I hope it's not too low. After going through the treads doing research it might not be too low. So, you seems to be the guru, I am taking your word for it. When I get ready to purchase the Eibach Pro Kit which you suggested I well contact you to make the purchase. With the kit I don't need any cambers, etc?? I might have other questions but as of now thanks for the information.
