Infiniti Transmission Shaking

just wondering if someone could help.

Recently, i feel that there is a shaking or roughness shifting when accelerating from 1st gear to 2nd gear but other gear form 2 to 3 or 3 to 4.. are all right.

My car is ex35 around 50,000km. Dealer replaced my Transmission Control Module and Parking Neutral Safety Switch today but I can still feel the shaking. Does anybody know what the problem is ?

I also notice that when starting your vichele in a cold morning. Engine speed doesnt not return to 800 rpm after shifting transmission to D drive. when hitting break when engine is cold, transmission do not switch to netral which means you can slow down your car but you can never stop it.

Please help. dealers told me they dont know what the problems are and they dont know what to do
