GARDENA, Calif. (July 23, 2003) – Infiniti today was named the highest ranked nameplate in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2003 Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM with a score of 900. It was the third time in its history that Infiniti has topped the well-known independent study that measures customer satisfaction with dealer service during the first three years of vehicle ownership. Infiniti finished second in last year's report. The 2003 study is based on responses from more than 105,000 new-vehicle owners and lessees.
