This person claims OEM results. Is this pricey for a painted spoiler? I've really had my heart set on this and I keep going back to it. I'm going to order it in Azure Blue unless someone on here can match the price with another website or dealer. What do you NICOrs think? =]I know the picture of the spoiler has been posted before, but no one has ever provided links to it. So go take a look at it if you're interested.I just love this spoiler.

I've looked at this one before, and i believe it's from the same seller.

I emailed him asking to see a picture of one of the spoilers on a Azure Blue car and never got a response back.

If you get this, PLEASE put pics of it, and let us(me) know if you needed to upgrade your trunk lifts. I'm not sure how much it weighs but looks like it may need strut upgrades.

Edit: After rereading the listing(like I should have the first time), it's not the same seller but is the same spoiler for the same price, but free shipping, other was $25 shipping. If you haven't already, I'm going to request a pic of the blue spoiler on a car.

I'm going to print out the ad and shop around to see what other people have to say.

119 is an awesome price for a painted spoiler. Didn't notice if this onewas ABS or Fiberglass, doesn't really matter....I bought the Fiberglass oneand paid a little more for it.

The ABS is lighter than the Fiberglass, but I've had not issues with the fiberglass oneon my coupe. The trunk is a bit heavier, but operates just like it should. No issues. Just gotta be careful opening and closing the trunk without using the spoiler to assist.

I think it's too tough to install yourself though, I think there's a couple guyswho did it here, but I'd just have a shop do it. Cost me 60 bucks to have a local shop put it on.

I don't wanna start a who likes this spoiler thread....but I'll just say thatit looks awesome on the car. I love it.

not trying to thread jack...but I love the look. Colton...add 2009 09 to your auction body if not also to the title...you will get more hits as it will fit either car.

go for it man, i bought that same one for 119, was gonna get it from colton but actually wanted it without the brakelight. installed it myself (was a bit of a pain in the a** but doable) and am happy with the results. on my white coupe the color is a BIT off, but not really noticeable until you take a close look.

I purchased from this ebay seller, I was very pleased with the quality and fittment, and this seller was actually the cheapest: $159 painted and free shipping.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...A1318Here is a pictures of mine; I've had my car going on two years in June and I installed the spoiler two months ago and paint matched perfect (Coupe's red and red is the worst about fading).

Amazing. Thanks. Looks good to be honest. I just wish someone could show off how the "Azure Blue" looks on the Azure Blue Altima Coupe.

Nice ride.

Yea same here. I saw the one w/o the light but want to see one with the light to see if it'll go with the car better or not. Have yet to find one out there with a break light in the spoiler

Did y'all purchase from the guy in Kentucky or someone else? The guy I purchased from claimed he fabed his own products, but on the box it said "Made in Taiwan" and if my memory serves me right and I am pretty good at geography (spl) I don't think Taiwan and Hopkinsville, Ky are near eachother. But either way I was impressed with the quality and fittment of his product.

I'm having trouble finding one without the brake light. My Ebay-fu must be weak.

How do these attach? How are the instructions? Do tell.

Mine didn't come with instructions but then again I don't want to install it myself. It's my first car I've purchased on my own and if something installed on it(that requires drilling/cutting/messing up w/e) I'm just going to let the dealership do it so if something is screwed up I can go apes*** on them instead of myself. And a good friends uncle works there so shouldn't have to

From the underside of the spoiler, there is only 4 bolts and it's lined with double sided foam tape and there is only 1 wire coming out of it for the 3rd brake light. Doesn't look to be anything to hard, but like I said, I don't trust myself on a brand new car, drilling into the trunk. My old blazer on the other hand, wouldn't have hesitated drilling into it.

Yesterday I got my spoiler installed and I have to say it looks awesome. The only problem is the color is just a shade, and i mean just barely off. The only reason I said in my earlier posts it was the same was, because if it is overcast outside the colors look identical, sunshine and bright, just a tiny, tiny bit off.

The place I had install it said he had to drill through 3 sheets of Aluminum(or w/e our trunks are made of) on the top part of the trunk and 2 sheets on the rear of it. Took them 2 and half hours to get it on but it was worth the wait.

Will get pics up after work.

$200 to install it then? Or that ballpark?

What type of blazer? I was the owner of a 1994 and a 2002 up until last month when my Coupe became my new baby. All 3 have been blue!

I was originally quoted for $60/hour and asked how long it would take and the guy said 1 - 1 & 1/2 hours. I said that's fine then but I'll come up there when I get off work tom so y'all can see my spoiler. Go up there and talk to the owner(i think) and show him the spoiler and he said $60 for installation. I said when is your next available time. When they were done installing and in the process of writing up my bill they were "arguing" about "if I would have know you told him that price, I wouldn't have told him mine" So yea, it would have been close to $200 if I would have been charged hourly.

'96 blazer 4 door champagne color. Was my moms before she got her mustang. Was a fun experimental vehicle....but wish I hadn't have totaled it

BrianAdams03,

Where are you at in Madison? I wouldn't mind seeing the coupe in person since I'm in Jackson and work in Canton. I'm at Lowe's off I-55 a lot on Saturdays too.

Anytime you are adding a factory painted part to a car you are going to have some color difference. Your cars paint for one has been exposed to the elements.

Yea, I know it's going to be a little bit off but wasn't expect it to actually look as good as it does(matching colors and look ) Here is a pic of it after installed, basically the same as it was just put on there.

I live off Hoy Rd and Tisdale. You've probably seen me around town numerous times and haven't relized it. I'm usually the one trying to get in front of everyone cause i'm sure you know how retarded most of the people in Madison drive.

Thank you so much! This looks so good.
