Has anyone gotten this mailer? They want to give $25 off non-warranty work and it looks like a free $50 Visa card for service to your Infiniti. It looks like it has to be non-warranty work though to claim any of it so I assume that would be a bit pricey. I already had my car serviced there once and left a lot more than $50 in the hole...but we wont start in on that 'non-warranty' work again.

Is there something I'm missing or is that the gimmick?

I received mine yesterday. It is for a $50 VISA card that will be issued after an Infiniti service between June 1st and July 31st

Too bad I just had my brakes done

I would have to assume by doing any of our own maintenance we already save $50+ over Infiniti. I mean, after all, we're talking about people who want to charge $100+ to change the in-cabin air filter.

Not to knock any of our Infinti service people here, I'm just thinking it would have to be a fairly important/complex item before I had the Infiniti service people in my area work on it.

Good incentive if you were waiting on something though.

Yeah, the mailer just isn't excessively detailed...or maybe I didn't read close enough?

I wouldn't mind Infiniti sending me a free $50 though...

I would use it for a Oil change with Ester Oil,at least it would make it somewhat reasonable, maybe down to $7 a QT.

Whether you love or hate the direct market mailers it gets you thinking about the dealer. If you choose to go elsewhere solely for the cost savings I wish you the best.

If there is someone out there that you trust your car too, that is great I strongly recommend everyone meet the person that fixes your car, it will give you piece of mind and remove allot of concerns you may have.

You or Poyzin would get my trust if you would move out here! Hint, hint...

I am going to see the only other Infiniti dealer/service dept. in CO this weekend so hopefully they're better than the other one.

I felt the need to report back without making a new thread...

I went to Infiniti dealer 2 of 2 here in CO on Saturday and was VERY happy with them. After all I went through with the other one, this one was much better.

Mike Ward Infiniti in Littleton, CO was a for everything. I even had them come in and ask me multiple times if I needed anything while waiting in the customer lounge, which was also much nicer than the "other dealer's" lounge.

I think their prices as a dealership are higher overall but I wasn't there to buy...just wanted a warranty check so I wont comment on sales. The only two minor negatives were: 1. they didn't hassle me while I looked at the G37Xs $45k cars and 2. they didn't wipe down my car all that well (very spotted after the wash). But again, those aren't issues by any means.

Happy to say, I have my dealer here in CO when needed!
