Anyone have any good pics they can share for how their g sedan looked pre/post spoiler install? It looks like an after-market easily doable add-on, but was thinking through it at the dealership without any great reading materials on it. Their pic was kinda weak.

Even just some good pics of the factory spoiler would be helpful.. Hard to tell what's factory in the google images search.

I added a factory spoiler to my 2005 G and I like better with the spoiler, I ordered mine from Everything G35, this is a factory spoiler it comes with the diffusers also and had the dealer install it for me. Here are the before and after pics. If you have any questions you can email me.

After

As long as you know that spoilers are only for looks, go for it!

I think the spoiler is a MUST especially for the sedan.

How much did it cost you to get the spoiler plus install done at the dealer? Thinking about getting the spoiler for my 05 sedan.

Thanks

I bought a OEM-Style aftermarket spoiler from ebay for my Coupe.

The color matched 100%. I installed it myself. Took me maybe 1-2 hours with being careful not to screw it up since you only get 1 shot hehehe. I totally recommend this approach. You may need to buy some sheet metal cutting drill bits.

I think coupes look way better with the spoiler. Sedans look better w/o, specially 2003-2004.

I added a spoiler to my 2007 G35 Journey as soon as it arrived at the dealership. They sent it to an approved installer and it was installed in no time. It makes all the difference in the world as far as looks go. I didn't want one without it. If you haven't already made a decision I can take a picture of what it looks like with the spoiler, but all you need to do is look online for a pic of a 2007 G35 Sport and they are so similiar most people can't tell any difference. I think I only paid 500.00 for it. Thats another story though. They owed me a huge favor after selling me a 2006 BMW 330i that ended up being a lemon. No AC for almost a year in Louisiana in a brand new BMW doesn't make me happy - thus the new Infiniti.

Love the lip

Way cleaner than stock, and stock with spoiler.

I believe I paid around $145.00, it was a couple of years ago, but I did not want to take the chance doing it myself drilling into my trunk lid I was not confortable doing it myself and they also installed the diffusers which would have been hard without a lift.

WOW - the sedans look a nite and day of a difference better when they have spoilers.

Same with the coupes IMO.
