Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I was at a dealer at 401/Dixie who put a Lysol like substance in my air conditioning unit when I smelled must/mold.
I could not get it out for years and had no heat or cool. The manager before, Keith did nothing.
They changed ownership and I wrote today to the manager and head office, I got no reply, I wanted to know if they could do me a favor and do up the window on the passenger side and while I was there we could pursue the smell issue. Anybody have any similar situations or bad experiences with that dealership? :naughty:  :ohno:

I was at a stop and situation and allegedly bumped an infinity in bumper to bumper....2 km hr. we took pictures and no visible damage. he alleges/driver that I should pay $950 but body shop he went to on Toryork says $750 all in. I told him to get another estimate and that I will meet him at the bodyshop and he claims he doesn't have much time. this is a week later! Am I being scammed and how do I prove it. He also mentioned that there "could be undercarriage damage because it happened to him before". He did not go to an Infiniti dealer, I would have nor did he prove that the alleged other damage to the undercarriage was fixed. I have since emailed him for a reply.

I ran into the similar situation on the Steels and Hurontario in Bramton when guy with the QX70 hit me to the left side (he was in the yellow field). No much damage on both cars, I got little dent above the front left wheel and he got couple of scratches. Called my insurance and was told it will go 50-50 as it was hit on side not from the back. I could not prove that guy hit me on purpose as didn't have any witnesses.

Did you take a pictures of his car after you hit him? I guess you can show that to your insurance and they might work out something for you. If not, see your car if you can fix something under his policy if it goes 50-50.

Might be too late, but your insurance company needs to sort it out with theirs. Don't get scammed!
