Infiniti rewards program

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Has anyone else got anything in the mail in reference to this. My basically says have any work done before 3/31/09 and get 10% off the service with a min. amount of 20 bucks back PLUS you'll get a $50.00 visa credit card.

To me this is a no brainer to use on the closet oil change. I'll get 20 bucks off the oil change which is normally about 50 bucks PLUS another 50 bucks for getting service done. I'm rather pleased with this offer.

Issue is when I go to log on to the programs website it states that PIN number I've been issued isnt valid.

Anyone else succesfully log in for this offer?

I've found Infiniti's email help to be, well, less then helpfull. In the 5 emails I've placed to Infiniti for various reasons I've yet to even get a RESPONSE.

that's probably a local dealer offer to make it look like it is coming from Infiniti.

Try to find small letters stating your minimum repair charges for qualification, i think if an oil change could qualify for that deal, its too good to be true. I have to check my mail to see if i got one as well~

It's 10% off any service Guaranteed Min. discount of 20 bucks.

Small print just says it has to be a none warranty item which includes labor.

Sounds too good to be true...but taking 1/2 off an oil change and earning a 50 dollar gift card doesnt sound to bad.

I got this too. It seems to be an official Infiniti thing. My PIN number works to login to the site at infinitireward.com. Note that if you click Program Rules at the bottom of the page, it says "This promotion commences at 12:01 AM on February 1, 2009". So I'm guessing that service done in January wouldn't qualify.

i got it as well and ours is $75. had a major issue with ours, wouldn't accelerate and that's an entire different story, but obviously it didn't cost us anything with it being covered under warranty. still submitted and they said it would be sent to us within 4-6 weeks. we'll see i guess.

What, you didn't go for $200 service pack where they change the oil and polish you shifter knob? That is the kind of service this promo is targeted at.

Actually now that I think of it they might suck MORE money out of me and I might break even.....I think the second service calls for tire rotation.

Welcome to NICO, EileenRaucci!!

We don't appear to have this promotion in Canada, but I believe the site you need is: http://infinitireward.com/

I got my $50 visa gift card today (4/24/2009) (submitted my info on 3/30/2009).

Note one crappy thing about this gift card is that there's a fee of $0.35 every time you use it. So I guess it's really a $49.65 gift card, or less if you use it multiple times. (though I wonder if I try to use $50 the first time if it'll go through). And the usual fees like $2.50 "administrative fee" per month, but that's waived for the first 6 months.

Some more details about this gift card: according to giftcards.com customer service, the fee charged every time you use the card is now 50 cents instead of 35. But the fee isn't charged right away, so if you use the whole balance in one day there won't be any fees. Also they said they had some glitches recently that charged everyone a $3 fee, and that double-charged some usage fees, but that should be fixed soon.

You need to email them. The processing should have only taken about 2-3 months. I emailed them after 4 months, they then sent the check to me in two weeks
