Hello,

I have a 2001 infiniti qx4 and it seams no matter what I try, the driver side high beam will not work. Both drls run fine on each side but when switched to high beam the driver side simply turns off. I have completely replaced my drl module, checked continuity on all the wires I could think of, swapped bulbs and relays and checked all fuses. I am at a complete loss now of what the problem could be. If you have any ideas please let me know as I am trying to sell the vehicle and cannot until this issue is resolved.

If I cant figure it out, is it possible to just run the driver side drl/high beam spliced into the passenger side wires which I know work, or would that not work either?

Any help greatly appreciate

So even when you switch bulbs and relays, the problem persists on the driver's side? Have you checked the headlight stalk on the steering column for continuity or voltage? FSM should have the diagrams.

I'd consult the FSM regardless..probably has a diagnostic procedure in there (haven't checked personally).

I wouldn't go splicing wires...may overload the circuit. The circuits are separate for a reason.
