Infiniti Q45 and cabo rims

I'm getting ready to buy a set of cabo 113 rims and test fit them .looked great but when I tried to take them off I broke 2 lugs off, my ? Is will they fit on my car or are they gonna do more harm. The pattern fits and they are universal rims. Any answers will help
