There are no known performance aftermarket header available for the F50/Q45. 99% of engine modifications will need to be custom.

In Japan the vk45de(NEO) or vk45dd was an available engine in the 450gt fuga 2004-2009 & 2004-2010 Nissan Cima. There are aftermarket headers available for this engine and vehicles in Japan

5zigen may have some. You do realize even if you find them they are going to be north of $1000 + shipping

Just a note that because those parts were made for the Fuga and Cima, doesn't mean they will necessarily work in the Q45 (president). you would hate to spend all that money and find out you have to modify them further.

I think for that kind of money, it would be better just to have a set custom made and be done with it. At the end of the day you'll probably have the same amount in a set of custom ones compared to messing around with getting a set from Japan.

but i think if i made it will not gain hp like a ones come from japan .
