I believe this program/service was launched sometime in July 2011, it reads that it's available to new Infiniti owners, the question I have is: I purchased my vehicle in May 2011, Am I entitled to this service or is only for new owners after the launch date?
If anyone knows about it, please shed some light.

The easiest way to find out is to call Infiniti Central and ask. My feeling is that since the program started so close to the date of your purchase or lease that they will "grandfather" you in. But you'll only know if you ask. Good luck and hope it works out for you!

They told me I have to see the delaer I purchese the car from, contacted general manager and told me to stop by to set up the account.
