Infiniti Parts USA - Joe? Scottsdale? Walk-In for Locals?

The website for Infiniti Parts USA shows the door checks that I need to keep my doors from flopping on my shins. The website also says this:

"Our Phoenix Arizona-based call center is available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AZ time) Monday thru Friday."

I read else where that this operation is Scottsdale, AZ Infiniti dealership. I live in the Phoenix area. Can I just walk in to the dealership's parts department and buy what I need at the prices shown on the internet? Do I need to go through Joe to get the internet pricing? Is Joe still working there?

Never mind. I called the local phone number for Infiniti of Scottsdale and the parts department confirmed that I needed to order online in order to get the online pricing. They also confirmed that the walk-in pricing at the dealership was significantly higher than the Fed Ex shipping costs that I will be charged to ship a small package of three door checks across town.
