Infiniti Parts?

My wife was driving my 2011 G37 and a bird smashed right into the passenger side door mirror and knocked the back cover right off. Unfortunately it was on the highway so my wife wasn't going to stop and go retrieve it, it was probably on the road anyway..

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement part for this? I've checked online and I think the part # is K6374JL00A but I can only find ONE place that sells it.. I have a black G37 2011, so I am trying to match the color and model..It's only the back cover of the mirror, where some people might put the blinking LED cover. Also, does it just snap in? Your help would be appreciated!

Actually, someone referred me to an advertisement on Nico, cost was $49. Why is your price almost double?

the number you have posted is for the left (driver's) side, if you need the passenger's side (right side) the number is K6373-JL00A
comes up as $49.04 on infinitipartsusa

pretty sure it's unpainted though because there are no color options when i looked it up.

Yea, I got the part.. unpainted.. You have to see this piece, it feels like it costs about 5 dollars to make and they charge 50.. I've gone to my dealer who referred me to their body shop for the cost to paint it, I was quoted $85 to paint that 3x8 inch piece of plastic. I don't know much about this stuff, but that's almost double the cost of the part itself! Is this a reasonable price? I don't want to go cheap and have it mismatch, but I have some pride, that's a raping

You can try a local body shop as well for a lower price. While the part itself is only 3x8 they will still need paint and materials for it + man hours so it does not surprise me that it's $85.

Parts can be costly. I broke the console drink holder and it's over a bill to replace. Hell, it's over 40 bux on ebay for a piece of plastic. I feel your pain.

If it's any consolation, I just had a tow hook cover painted at a local stealership (they do good work though) and it was about 30 bucks for that little square - actually maybe closer to 40.
Sadness, but I can't have a front plate...
