My fukin car has been down since sunday because people have no idea ho to do their jobs right. Ordered part 54320 from Joe. it came with no studs. Ok so I go to my local dealer and they tell me I need 54322 to go with the 54320. Well guess what, NO FUKING STUDS AGAIN. Anybody know what I need? Im fed up at this point that these guys don't know how to do their job.

Well, my local Infiniti dealer is a bunch of tools. They have now told me that both parts come with new studs.

My car has been down since sunday. I'm a little pissed about it.

He had no answers for me either. He sent me the wrong one first. My dealer has crewed me twice now.

The strut mount... look at the diagram for part 54320 and 54322. They should come with studs but apparently his didnt.

cant you just get some generic studs at napa or something?

Wish I could. It's a very specific stud. 10mm stud with a 12 mm shank. Nobody and I mean nobody has them.

I've had issues with a local dealer (PLAZA MOTORS). I wrote an upset letter calling them a few things and explaining in detail what they did wrong. I like to think that I was the reason they've improved so much in so little time.

I still go to them for small parts I dont feel like ordering since they're less than a mile away from my house (walking distance), but I already established a service relationship with the other dealership.

Btw, Infiniti is no longer #1 for customer satisfaction and hasn't been for quite some time, not since the merger with those French douchebags.

How are they "shot"? They're just metal plates right?

Reminds me what Q45tech says about more Q45 being ruined by incompetent mechanics than owner abuse, or maybe it is second.

Take your time and do it right.

I think your best bet is a low mileage used one. Thats what tech says.

As far as Infiniti parts departments go, I've dealt with Joe @ Scottsdale & Andrew @ Atlantic.

Both of which are awesome! Hell, Andrew can tell me part numbers off the top of his head for damn near any part I ask about.

They were both considerate and very re-assuring that what they were sending me was what I wanted.

Nissan parts departments are a whole different story, most of my experiences with them have been bad ones.
