Infiniti Mechanic's in Boston

I have a 2001 Q45T and live in Boston. I dropped the car off at the Infiniti dealer for a check up and was shocked at the amount of things that will need fixing:Air bag "coil spring" or something like that.Brakes and rotors.Front left and right "tire/wheel tensioner's" need tightening.Several belts need replacing as well.

I'm sure they would do a great job, but I am on a budget and was hoping there was a dependable mechanic I could take it too instead, and not pay dealer prices. Thanks for any help.
