Infiniti m45s start up delay

Hi I'm new to the forum this is one of those I hope someone has an answer to why my car is found this so I have an Infiniti m45s 2008 the car very recently started a delay in starting I start the car at the beginning of the day and it starts up fine afterwards if I start it again it will take longer and longer and longer it has left me stranded a few times already because the car didn't start also every time other than when it starts just fine all the lights on the dashboard stay on thank you for your answers in advance

Have your battery checked. that should be your first step. a weak battery may do that!!

Yeah I did its brand new just changed it out for oem battery

some new batteries can be defective.

Sounds to me like the symptoms of a faulty cam position sensor. They usually trigger an engine light, but I personally had the issue with no lights on. ou can buy this sensor from auto zone for 20 bucks or so and its fairly simple to replace. It is underneath the oil dipstick tube on front of the drivers side of the motor.

This same exact thing happened to me first it started out with delay of starting then when I would push the button to start it would click it end up being my starter they need to be replaced
