infiniti m45 volume problems 2006

Hello .. so heres the problem . i have a 06 m45 and just the other day my volume wont turn up. the radio plays the cds play but no volume. could this be any reason? someone please help me....... i ask of you. thank you.. i really appreciate ot :) :wtf2: :gotme

Is there any volume? If no start by checking the amp. Look for 12v and ground at the amp. Also check to see you have audio signal comming aut of the radio and going into the amp. Once you do all of this you shoul be able to determine if the amp is defective.
